The MEP Superintendent is responsible for the daily operation of a job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervises all direct labor positions on the assigned project. Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods.
Interacts with the Project Manager to determine the project schedule; develops and utilises "look ahead" schedules to assess progress and spot upcoming issues.
Coordinates the pre-construction meeting with the Project Manager prior to mobilisation.

With their main process being compression molding, they are looking for a Process Engineer to lead key process improvement activities for this operation with knowledge of all auxiliary equipment such as feeders, blenders, extruders for plastics processing.
Process Engineer Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer will optimize the yield and minimize scrap for molding, fixtures, and assembly process from design to product launch
The Process Engineer will manage projects to refine SOP's for existing products and optimize processing parameters
The Process Engineer will ensure (hands-on) to optimize materials processing
Ensure successfully introduction of new injection molded products and associated tooling into manufacturing, including creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
The Process Engineer will work in concert with production and maintenance personnel to deliver new process standards and/or safety improvements with new and/or existing equipment and machinery.
The Process Engineer coordinates continuous improvement and production process refinement efforts.
Process Engineer Qualifications:
BSME, BS Plastics Engineering, or Similar Technical Degree preferred. Many years of experience in molding may be accepted.
The Process Engineer should have at least 3 years of Process Engineering with a manufacturer of Injection Molded, blow molded, or compression molded or thermoformed/extruded products.
The process engineer must have strong processing and troubleshooting experience, with experience setting up new tools for processing, running “first shots” in concert with the plant team, and working through the steps needed to go from first shot and into production.
Significant experience creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SWI's (Standard Work Instructions), BOM's (Bill of Material) and experience with tools such as lean manufacturing, quality control, 6 sigma.
Strong Project Management skills and ability to work independently managing multiple projects.

As a Wireless Network Engineer this role will assist VAR's, Broadband Aggregators, & ISP's on their hard-to-reach locations. When no wireline services are available, they reach out to BeyondReach to help them design & implement a solution to meet the client's needs. This role will work closely with customers, sales and product development to align our technology, processes and delivery of services through designing and planning telecom networks.
What You Will Accomplish and Experience
Design and implement telecom networks using a variety of different applications
Analyze telecom infrastructure and make appropriate cost-effective design recommendations
Requisition hardware necessary to deliver technology solutions
Assist with identification and qualification of new solutions
Resolve escalation issues regarding adjustments, incorrect material, or delivery problems. Coordinate corrective actions
Remain current with changing technology
Develop and maintain effective partner relationships
Develop and implement purchasing policies, practices and procedures while monitoring metrics associated with different types of purchase orders
Ability to secure bids and proposals in the procurement of goods and services
Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions including one time and long-term contract purchases
Follow up on orders to meet internal or external deadlines
Coordinate between partners, BeyondReach, and/or BeyondReach's client to ensure order completion
Ability to assist in sourcing strategies to improve efficiencies in leveraging partnership
Assist in developing tools and reports to improve quoting efficiencies and implementation delivery
Leverage quality controls to ensure products (services, hardware, and software) are delivered according to order details and rectify order discrepancies as necessary
Ability to travel 15%

Desirable Previous Experience
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, and Ethernet connectivity
Strong understanding of wireless technologies (Both line of site and non-line of site technologies)
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network design, Layer-2 connectivity, Internet, MPLS, SDWAN, fiber optics, microwave transmission, wireless mesh, and secure IP networking requirements including IPSec, GRE, SSL and VPN technologies
Strong understanding of CPE options to deliver CCR's Product Portfolio
Experience working with multi-vendor infrastructure
Hands on experience developing, migrating, maintaining and troubleshooting telecom networks
Strong negotiating skills to obtain best prices, terms, and conditions, including one-time and long-term contract purchases, including preparing purchase orders and placing orders
Solid IT background
Technical documentation, using programs similar to Microsoft Visio
Procurement experience required
