Internally the sales associate will be the conduit between our project and sales team, driving account planning and aligned growth opportunities across our existing client base. From an external role, the sales associate (in concert with our Vertical sales leads) will align customer meetings as well as Core (Salesforce) AE meetings focused on account plans and opportunities for growth. The Sales Associate will be a trusted advisor to our existing clients, helping to illustrate pathways for growth within their organizations. You are passionate about building strong client and Salesforce core relationships, delivering value, and identifying growth potential. The success of this role means higher client satisfaction, retention, and expansion of ListEngage's Services business. Duties & Responsibilities: Align with Project Management and Product Leads on selected existing accounts, developing a deeper understanding of existing client base, and where growth opportunities lie. Manage a portfolio of clients across RCG, CBS, TTH, .ORG ~$9MM in annual revenue. Develop and manage Account Plans on a predetermined base of existing accounts across verticals. Determine current project status, SWOT analysis across the expanded business. Identify client stakeholders across departments and potential use cases/products to support business KPI's. Drive booking growth by understanding clients' business needs, expand into departments through peer based introductions and seek insights into: (a) aligned department needs, and (b) challenges/opportunities for both project-based and managed services. Support Core AE alignment, based on aligned client growth requirements and use cases, and in concert with vertical sales lead. Build trusted partnerships with aligned client stakeholders and internal project management teams, while driving solid discovery and use case development. Support Vertical leads on Scoping & SOW requirements tied to named accounts. Update CRM and maintain accuracy on contacts/role and roll-ups for both named accounts (at parent level), as well as aligned Core alignment. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience supporting sales and/or clients in BDR or sales roles. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platforms including but not limited to the Marketing Cloud suite, Data Cloud, and CRM (Sales and Service Clouds). Natural problem-solver: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. Experienced team player, able to align and motivate both internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Capable of aligning multiple stakeholders to garner an understanding of existing business status and potential areas for growth. Have the ability to build strong account plans to support all criteria required to grow our existing account base. Strategic mindset with experience owning client engagements and identifying opportunities for expansion within client accounts and business units. Ability to work during normal US business hours.
