I got paid.

Cons of working at Litehouse Foods

Management does not care about warehouse workers. The ice cream or extra smoking time rewards are a joke compared to the low pay that the company gives. Moreover, the company asks workers to work almost 7 days a week, making the job undesirable and the work productivity (since everyone is overworked) low.

Favoritism, management is completely out of touch with what is going on in production, job descriptions were set up by people who are completely unaware of the actual jobs and the pay scale is a joke
