High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability.

Adheres to high sanitation, GMP, and safety standards. Must be capable of being trained in Lock, Out Tag Out, fall risk protection, narrow space entry, and forklift certification.
Follows the Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOPs, assists the department, and trains new team members in the job functions.
Assists in ATP swabs and environmental monitoring.
Responsible for CIP functions on yeast tanks and brew systems.
Responsible for flour intake and storage systems.
Follows and enforces programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Manual to support compliance with the FSSC 220000 for Food Safety and other third-party audits.
Report any malfunctioning equipment, safety hazards, and damage to the proper channels immediately.
Additional requirements to be given by the Sanitation Manager.
