Responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver and transport bakery components, ingredients, packaging, and other materials. Conduct requires pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and BakeMark safety standards. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of all products. Ensure all components and materials are delivered accurately and on schedule to support production needs. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, electronic records, and manifest documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and the transportation team regarding schedules, delays, or route changes. Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL with a safe and clean driving record. 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred, ideally within distribution or manufacturing. Experience transporting food products or components is a plus. Ability to lift, move, and handle bakery ingredients and materials as required. Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service. Good communication and time management skills. Responsibilities: Our Lansing, MI branch is seeking a full-time CDL-A truck driver. This position is first shift, M - F, and paid hourly (no flat rate!) with occasional overtime as needed. You will be home each night.
