Role and Team
Reporting to the General Manager or designated manager, the block clerk enters sale information for in-lane and/or on-line LiveBlock transactions (including price, bid badge number, if-bids, and announcements) ensuring efficient and accurate information is transferred into the appropriate computer system. Corrections to be documented on the appropriate form when an error is made. Must know, practice, and ensure company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are always followed.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service:
Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention for all for all contacts and transactions.
Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition by greeting others.
Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.
Record the sale:
Review pre-populated AMS data. Enter any missing or modified announcements the dealer or auctioneer announce as requested.
Enter sale data into the LiveBlock system by listening closely to the Auctioneer and watching monitors for internet bids, while rapidly entering the increasing amount of the incoming bids.
Ensure accurate recording of the sale price and bidder numbers are entered.
Document any corrections on the appropriate form when an error is made and turn into Manager.
Other:
Maintain a good flow of communication with the auctioneer and dealer representative.
Attend weekly/monthly informational meetings to keep abreast of any updates made to operating systems, policies, or procedures.
Monitor all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety. Advise Facilities of all breakdown and maintenance needs immediately.
Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incident to the Manager.

Paint Prepper (min 6 months professional experience): prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing
Entry-Level Painter (min 1 year professional experience): prime vehicles and perform final sanding before the vehicle is painted, along with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush.
Mid-Level Painter (min 3 years professional experience): match/mix paint color and use water-based paint to paint the vehicle inside our paint booths
Experienced Painter (min 5 years professional experience): painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles.

General qualifications and requirements
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

SUMMARY
Serves as primary interface between the retailer body, the District Sales Managers (DSMs), and the national distribution systems that produce, order, ship, and track our vehicles.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports major departmental activities including allocation of vehicles and the ordering, shipping, and tracking of promotional, test, and pool vehicles.
Analyzes and supports major departmental systems including the Sold Order System, the Order Management and Traffic Management systems, the Subaru Business Intelligence analytical system, and the Subarunet Retailer Communication System.
Answers and addresses retailer and District Manager calls/emails regarding departmental functions.
Monitors, tracks, and implements all aspects of the Subaru Service Loaner Program (SSLP) program including ordering, converting, and completing documentation as needed to expedite process.
Creates, analyzes, presents, and acts on reports relating to assigned areas. Analyzes SSLP for growth opportunity and efficiency.
Maintains responsibility for the administration, analysis, tracking, care, and disposal of all vehicles in Regional, Zone, or port inventory.
Analyzes and coordinates traffic actions surrounding auto show, promotional, test, pool, and Employee Vehicle Lease Program (EVLP) and Employee Vehicle Purchase Program (EVPP) vehicles.
Works with Regional Distribution Manager on reporting for electric vehicle (EV) strategy and execution.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates policies and procedures to District Sales Managers (DSMs) and retailers.
Coordinates with other Region personnel on vehicle plating and registrations.
Creates and analyzes reports to be utilized by Zone Directors for purchase orders (POs).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required
At least 2-4 years required

COMPENSATION: The recruiting hourly range for this full-time position is $29.49-$32.82 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Role:
The Maintenance Tech 5 support will be responsible for collaborating with a group of UAW skilled, hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and processes. Perform preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions.

Required Qualifications:
