Allison Oliveira is an Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Lithko Contracting LLC and is based in West Chester, Ohio. Ben Cutting was the Chief Financial Officer of Taylor Communications, a $1.2 billion dollar division of Taylor Corporation. Previously he was the CFO of Standard Register until its acquisition by Taylor in 2015. Ben held numerous leadership roles within Standard Register and its legacy entities in Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Internal Audit. Ben started his career in the Assurance & Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Treasury Professional, Chartered Global Management Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wright State University. Ben and his wife Michele reside in Bellbrook with their two daughters and an overfed beagle mix.

Brian Albanese is a CFO / Treasurer at Lithko Contracting LLC and VP - Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Operations at Lithko Contracting LLC and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked as VP Finance - Central at BUILDERS FIRSTSOURCE, INC.. Brian attended St. Xavier High School.

David comes to Lithko from Standard Textile where he led a division of the company and was responsible for recruiting and developing a cross-functional team and managing the overall growth and profitability of the business unit. Prior to this role, David served as a Partner at Deloitte Consulting where he and his teams helped a variety of Fortune 500 companies improve their performance. He has served on the board and helped launch several organizations, including Highlands One, Thinking Beyond Borders, Model Tees, and American Home Warranty Company. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University. He and his wife reside in Cincinnati with their two sons. They enjoy skiing and golfing as a family, and David enjoys running, biking, reading and camping.

Ryan Hale is a Chief Information Officer & Director of Strategic Initiatives at Lithko Contracting LLC and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
