Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required.
A license to practice law in California is required.
1-3 years' experience as an attorney is required.
Familiarity with construction law and construction functions is preferred.
Experience working with engineering, procurement, and construction agreements is a plus.
Overview of the position:
In-House Counsel will play an integral role in Clark Pacific's legal department and will assist in addressing legal issues and providing legal support for all issues impacting the day-to-day operations of Clark Pacific. In-House Counsel will work closely with and report to the General Counsel.

Assist in communication with national, state and local regulatory agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Occupational Health and Safety Administration, and the National Labor Relations Board.
