Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memos, pleadings, motions, and court orders under the supervision of an attorney. Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and records in the Case Management System. Draft letters, reports, and supporting legal documentation for use in client meetings and court proceedings.
