MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement. This in-person role in Irvine, CA is ideal for a plaintiff-side attorney who excels in client communication, medical record analysis, and insurance negotiations within a fast-paced personal injury law firm.
This position plays a key role in maximizing case value and client outcomes while working collaboratively with case managers, legal assistants, and firm leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
Maintain consistent, high-quality client communication throughout the case lifecycle
Review and analyze medical records, treatment, and injuries to support accurate case valuation
Draft and prepare comprehensive settlement demands and negotiation packages
Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize client recovery
Supervise, guide, and collaborate with assigned case managers and legal assistants
Partner with leadership on case strategy and process improvement initiatives
Assist with case transition and provide support for matters moving into litigation, as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
Strong understanding of medical treatment, medical records, and injury valuation
Proven ability to negotiate and resolve personal injury cases effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a high-volume environment
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
Plaintiff-side personal injury law firm experience
Experience supervising or mentoring case managers or legal assistants
Interest in expanding into litigation work
