Summary A leading law firm is seeking a driven Estate Planning Attorney to join its established and highly regarded Estate Planning practice. The ideal candidate will collaborate with partners and associates on complex estate, trust, and wealth preservation matters, serving high-net-worth individuals and families. What You'll Do • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney • Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies • Collaborate with partners on trust administration and wealth transfer planning • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate planning issues • Support clients with probate filings and estate administration • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Experience You'll Need • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school • 2-3 years of estate planning experience in private practice or boutique firm • Active Kentucky Bar License (or eligibility to waive in) • Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and trust law • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
