Overview of the position:
In-House Counsel will play an integral role in Clark Pacific's legal department and will assist in addressing legal issues and providing legal support for all issues impacting the day-to-day operations of Clark Pacific. In-House Counsel will work closely with and report to the General Counsel.

We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with at least three (3) years of practice experience. This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 per year. The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
