What You'll Do: * Draft and review Summons and Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery and other related documentation. * Litigation Motions and Responses - Associate may be required to draft, review, and file any necessary motions during the course of litigation. * Communications with Attorneys, Employers, and Consumers - Associate is required to communicate with consumers, consumer's employers, and consumer's attorneys as necessary to resolve accounts/suits. * Court Coverage Placements - Associate is required to review and appropriately request coverage where necessary for all court calls where an Associate will not appear including the attachment of all necessary documents for the attorney's appearance as well as any orders necessary for the requested coverage results. * Review Lawsuits - Associate is required to review all new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents to ensure accuracy for filing with respective courts.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities, as well as advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards, and corporate governance matters. Key Responsibilities: Represent issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities. Advise publicly traded companies on SEC compliance, exchange listing requirements, and corporate governance. Draft and review securities offering documents, corporate disclosures, and related agreements. Work collaboratively with attorneys across practice areas to provide integrated client service. Maintain a strong focus on client service, initiative, and proactive problem solving. Qualifications: Minimum of four years of relevant securities and capital markets experience in a law firm setting. Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and exchange listing standards. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. Admission to practice in New York or eligibility for admission. Compensation: Estimated annual base salary range: $123,000 - $145,000, with actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
