LHH is the only recruiting company that is actively engaged on a search for 1-2 Litigation Associates on behalf of a 250+ attorney AmLaw full-service firm with multiple offices throughout the U.S., including the South East and Mid-West. The firm is currently seeking to add 1-2 Litigation Associates with 2-6 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will possess commercial litigation experience but the firm will also consider someone transitioning out of an insurance defense role. The key factor for the right candidate will be someone who is a strong capable legal writer and that knows the litigation process well - someone who understands and anticipates what is next to move matter forward (pleadings, depos, etc.).
Further, this candidate would also have some interest in employment litigation matters, even if they do not possess prior/current experience with same.
The firm has an 1800 hour billable expectation, will bonus eligibility kicking in at 1900 hours. Associate bonuses max out at $50K/year.
The firm offers 16 weeks paid parental leave, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and services for mental health. The firm does not offer 401K.
Compensation would start at the $140K mark.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ohio.
