Well-established plaintiff's trial law firm is seeking attorneys to litigate and improve their skills. Primary Responsibilities: Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery Client consultations and hearing preparation Prepare for and conduct/defend depositions Draft and argue motions Assist with trial preparation Manage all aspects of discovery Work both independently and closely with other attorneys and paralegals Qualifications: Admitted to New York required, and admitted to Federal is a plus Familiarity with NYSCEF, E-law and PACER Analytical and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingual preferred , but not required Schedule: Monday to Friday Full-time, on-site .
