This position is available for candidates who reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, and TX, and will also require travel to hearings in other cities and states. This is not an entry level position. The preferred candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law. Such a candidate will have conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years.
