Responsibilities include: * Detail oriented, self-starter litigation associate attorney with at least 2 - 5 years' experience and active Oregon bar license in good standing. Requirements Primary Responsibilities: · Provide exceptional client service. · Execute case strategy with senior-level attorneys, senior paralegals, clients, and support staff. · Manage your own caseload. · Keep clients informed by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress and strategy. · Provide support to senior-level attorneys handling more complex cases. · Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients related to the practice of family law. · Comply with all legal standards and regulations. · Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. · Attend business development and networking functions with firm leadership and solo.
