    Attorney III is responsible for supervising the Attorney II and the Legal Support Specialist in the Public Employee Claims Division. The Attorney III also carries his or her own workload, which includes insurance litigation in workers' compensation and property and casualty subrogation, Medicare litigation involving workers' compensation issues, and any of the subsets of these lines of authority. Attorney III is also responsible for legal research and providing legal and claims advice to the Public Employee Claims Manager, Commerce Program Supervisors, Claims Coordinators, and Claims Analyst; providing training to agencies in handling workers' compensation claims; handling Medicare Conditional Payments; and Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-Asides.
