OPPORTUNITY | Associate Attorney
Our New Orleans area office seeks a well-rounded and highly motivated Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of civil litigation defense experience. Must be licensed to practice in Louisiana state and federal courts. Admissions to other jurisdictions is a plus. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a variety of civil litigation matters for nationwide clients with a forward-thinking firm. · draft and respond to written discovery and dispositive motions;
· conduct legal research competently and with proficiency;

· assist with and participate in mediations and court appearances; and,
· interact directly with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff.
