However, we maintain an hourly practice focused upon creditors' rights defense and general business litigation. Your Responsibilities: Case Management: Independently manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation matters (GL and FPP) from inception through trial or settlement across Texas and Louisiana jurisdictions. Litigation Strategy: Draft comprehensive pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; conduct legal research to guide client strategy. Advocacy: Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, and mediations; prepare witnesses and experts for trial.
