This attorney will assume an active caseload of approximately *30-40 family law files*, with the expectation of growing the caseload. You will be supported by an experienced *paralegal*, as well as the broader resources of the firm. This role involves handling a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody and child support, paternity, adoption, modifications, and marital property disputes. The attorney will be responsible for case management, client communication, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiation, and trial work.
