The Role: We are seeking an exceptionally talented attorney to join our team to:
Prepare and negotiate a high volume of varying commercial agreements for our US and international offices, such as vendor agreements, license/technology agreements, finance-related agreements, and service provider agreements;
Take an active role in creating and updating template documents;
Support human resources in connection with employment agreements and employment matters;
Review and advise on marketing materials and promotional activities (including website content and social media);
Handle corporate entity governance matters;
Perform research in substantive areas driven by company initiatives;
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across levels and functions;
Contribute actively to both strategic goals and operational execution - no task is too big or too small;
Liaise with external counsel primarily in an international setting;

What You'll Bring:
4-8 years of corporate and transactional legal experience;
