What You Need to Succeed in this Role Graduation from a college of law. Attainment of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission by the Supreme Court of South Dakota to practice law in the State of South Dakota or be licensed to practice law in any other state and able to take the next available South Dakota bar examination. Comparable combination of education and experience may be considered. Must successfully complete pre-employment background process. The auditor will apply client specified billing guidelines and/or Generally Accepted Principles and Standards ("GAPS"). **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Ability to understand and apply clients' billing guidelines and standards. + Work with client to develop or enhance billing protocol. + Ability to effectively communicate with law firms to discuss compliance with client's billing requirements. + Effectively manage invoice workflow. + Ability to work independently to finalize and approve legal invoices for payment. + Consistently meet company established performance standards for production. + Work with other team members to jointly meet production objectives/goals. **QUALIFICATIONS** Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
