Much of the work is litigation-driven and process-heavy. You do not need prior labor & employment experience. You just need an interest in litigation and the ability to learn quickly. The Role This is a true entry-level associate role for a recently barred California attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience early. You will be trained, supported, and given real responsibility.
