This person will work hands on from inception of a case to trial with the assistance of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Litigation will be on a broad range of personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and sexual abuse cases. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in active litigation, including taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, attending mediation, arguing law and motion, and serving as either first or second chair in arbitration and/or jury trials. Our attorneys litigate cases and are provided all the resources to do so, all to obtain the client maximum recovery and not settle for less due to being handcuffed by a pre-litigation only firm.
