Requirements: Your Skills and Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of South Carolina and in good standing. Prefer 2-6 years of experience. Transportation experience is a plus. Ability to evaluate complex legal issues, analyze evidence, and develop sound arguments. Effective oral and written communication to present arguments persuasively in court and to clients. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents and case management.
