Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP is seeking an experienced litigation associate with 4-7 years of civil defense litigation experience to join our downtown Los Angeles office. This is a full-time, in-office position; we are not seeking applicants who want to work remotely. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and eager to learn what it takes to prepare a case for trial and second-chair by handling a handful of witnesses. REQUIREMENTS Candidates must have IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, PTAB or trial proceedings, and case management.
