JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for one or more candidates to join our team as an Associate Attorney. A law school degree and Virginia Bar membership are required; Maryland or D.C. Bar membership is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, ability to multi-task and handle deadlines without constant supervision, and be possessed of good interpersonal skills. Job duties will include all aspects of case management, including client intake, case investigation and preparation, case evaluation, drafting pleadings, discovery and deposition work, motions practice, and handling trials. A strong desire to advocate on behalf of our clients is a must. This is a full time position, that could occasionally entail weekend and evening work.
