Legal Assistant will work in a dynamic team environment supporting litigation and corporate transactional attorneys. This role will assist with preparing litigation, corporate and real estate documents, assisting with litigation procedures, transactions, closings, closing checklists and binders, redlining, and proofreading. Administrative support functions will include making travel arrangements, scheduling and coordinating meetings, expense management, and other duties as needed. Candidate must have at least 4-5 years of solid experience supporting attorneys at a mid to large-sized law firm. Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Microsoft Word skills, legal and business software, and highly detailed proofreading skills.
