Works with various stakeholders and online databases to gather and organize legal documents and other key information for legal proceedings. Responds to and processes correspondence that may include administrative and technical data in the form of a draft or the finished final document. Maintains files according to records management specifications and follows up with key due dates. Maintains legal documents utilizing an electronic filing system. Engages with appropriate internal and external parties to ensure relevant materials are identified, located, and secured. Drafts routine and periodically complex communications for review and final sign-off by management or attorneys in the organization. Organizes, prioritizes, and maintains workflow to meet and support the department requirements. Takes accurate messages, records, retrieves, and relays information. Partners with team members to develop and/or improve current processes and procedures. Research and summarize data from a variety of sources to maintain security guidelines. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of legal support or administrative office experience; Associate degree in Paralegal Studies and Paralegal/Legal Assistant certification preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
