Medical Records & Liens - Request, organize, and track medical records, bills, and liens to ensure a complete case workup. Draft Settlement Opportunity Letters (Demands) - Prepare and send high-quality settlement packages to insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Attorney Collaboration - Partner with attorneys and other staff to develop case strategies and achieve the best outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a personal injury paralegal with a focus on pre-litigation case workup. Technical Skills: Proven proficiency with Filevine case management software. Case Workup Knowledge: Solid understanding of liens, medical records, intake/onboarding, and drafting settlement opportunity letters (demands). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including comfort making phone calls and speaking with clients, providers, and adjusters.
