Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage Trust Administration cases independently from beginning to end Take charge of Conservatorship or Probate cases from initiation to completion Establish and maintain communication with potential and existing clients through various means of contact Collect, organize, and evaluate asset information efficiently Prepare Trust and Probate financial accountings Submit court paperwork, arrange court appearances, and provide support as necessary Coordinate schedules and prepare client meeting and hearing files Qualifications: Must have demonstrated experience in Trust Administrations, as well as Conservatorships or Probates Possession of a Paralegal certification or qualifications that align with the standards of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) is required Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with Actionstep Strong attention to detail and capable of working independently or as part of a team Must be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team enviroment Must have a reliable means of transportation to our Newport Beach office or be willing to relocate before starting the position About Company The Law Office of Susan A.
