Eastridge Legal is supporting an AmLaw 200 firm in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team in either Downtown San Diego or Del Mar. Please see job duties and qualifications below:

We are seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience within a Litigation Department and with experience providing trial support in a trial and/or arbitration setting. This position involves document review, document management, incoming and outgoing productions, research related to document recordings and prior cases. Fact gathering, issue spotting in depositions, and application to document searches is also a significant part of the role. Our top candidates have considerable working experience in Relativity or similar document review platform and are fluent in Trial Director, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and be proficient in legal research (Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, etc.) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required; strong ability to handle a diverse and large case load; excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems; self-motivated, determined and able to work under own initiative. The best candidate match will be confident, competent and flexible and while experienced will be excited to learn and grow with the team. This position requires a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program.
Salary: DOE 80k+
