Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all aspects of case development, discovery, and trial preparation
Organize and review documentary evidence, including medical records, incident reports, and investigative materials
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal correspondence
Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including the creation of trial notebooks and exhibit lists
