This position plays a critical role in improving portal functionality, user experience, and data integrity through intake template development, user acceptance testing, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid (Wednesdays in office), full-time (8:30am-5pm) position.
