Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, as a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and/or moving materials within our warehouse, based on defined procedures and processes. You will also support with verifying the inventory quantity and assisting in inventory level maintenance. Operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
About the Job:
* Moves raw materials or final products within the warehouse. (50%)
* Stores/moves received goods to the appropriate locations within the warehouse to support production and optimize space utilization. (30%)
* Processes, packages and ships orders accurately under supervision. (10%)
* Operates and maintains preventively warehouse equipment. (10%)

Job Overview
The Senior Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing multi-site production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards. The Environmental, Health and Safety Multi-Site Manager is responsible for managing and leading the EHS function for the sites under their responsibility, providing strategic and tactical direction, leadership, execution of initiatives, and technical support to advance EHS performance. Responsibilities Job Summary
As a Packaging Engineer Intern, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and improve packaging solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience in packaging development, sustainability initiatives, and supply chain integration while contributing to real-world projects that impact our operations and brand. Will have exposure to marketing, R & D, supply chain and sales.
Compensation: $21-$25 per hour
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
Primary Duties
Assist in the design and development of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
Conduct performance testing (e.g., drop, vibration, compression) and analyze results
Support sustainability efforts by evaluating eco-friendly materials and designs
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize packaging for cost and efficiency
Document packaging specifications and support compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in packaging line trials and troubleshoot packaging-related issues
Present findings and recommendations to engineering and operations leadership
OE/Lean
Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.

Requirements:

Safety Training: A new employee hired to perform the duties of this position is required to be provided New Employee Training by a qualified individual or through the online training system. Additionally, an employee must be provided further training if a job duty/task has changes that will affect the health and safety aspects of that employee's position.
