As a Member of Technical Staff HBM Design Architect, you will be responsible for design and development of high-speed interface between DRAM and Base die in HBM cube! This includes designing the DRAM command and control logic, as well serializing and de-serializing scheme. You will collaborate with a highly creative and motivated development team applying brand-new memory technologies to build groundbreaking HBM products! **Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:** + Responsible for the high-speed DRAM and Base die interface in HBM cube. + Design the DRAM command and control logic, as well as serializing and de-serializing scheme at the interface. + Conduct circuit simulations using standard industry simulators such as FINESIM, HSPICE and VERILOG + Collaborate with data path design on floor planning and full chip testbench. + Analyze timing/area/power in high-speed DRAM or mixed-signal design. + Contribute to the development of new HBM product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits. **Successful candidates for this position will have:** + Extensive experience with DRAM operation and JEDEC specifications, preferably with DDR/LPDDR/GDDR/HBM product family + In depth technical expertise in analog and mixed-signal design + Hands-on experience in DRAM Command decoding, bank logic, and RAS/CAS chain design is highly desired. + Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving in high-performance memory development. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + An initiative-taking, hardworking collaborator who enjoys working with others. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other design and verification peers in verbal and written form. **Required Experience:** + Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Memory industry with an MS degree or 15+ years with a BS degree or equivalent experience Job title and level can be scaled depending on experience and qualifications As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth. As an HPC Staff Engineer at Micron, you will join a diverse team of administrators directly responsible for managing and supporting production server and storage environments, including enterprise SAN NAS and cloud storage systems across the company's global infrastructure! Your role will involve implementing new storage solutions and maintaining existing platforms. These include NFS/CIFS shares, backup and archiving systems. Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience managing storage solutions, preferably with NetApp Cluster Mode NAS and SMB configurations; familiarity with NetApp technologies such as SnapMirror, SnapVault, and MetroCluster is desired. * Hands-on experience with Dell Isilon storage management and Pure Storage provisioning and administration. * Skilled in RedHat-based Linux systems administration with strong Linux expertise; RedHat certification or equivalent experience preferred. * Working knowledge of backup technologies and proven experience managing storage systems in cloud environments. * Proficient in Cisco SAN switch configuration and support, including Virtual SAN, Fibre Channel zoning, LUN masking, HBA configuration, and performance tuning. * Strong understanding of the OSI model, particularly storage transport protocols such as NFS and iSCSI. * Ability to implement and maintain enterprise storage solutions across global infrastructure with a focus on reliability and scalability. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
