As a Sales Operations Manager (ICP), you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across customer order management, pricing, sales support, and customer service. Act as the central point between business functions and customers, ensuring flawless order execution and communication.

Support commercial channels through inventory, pricing alignment, and performance analysis.

Lead the Customer Service and Pricing teams, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science required; MBA is a plus.
5-8 years of experience in business improvement projects, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Green or Black Belt certification in process improvement is a plus.
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and client-facing communication skills.
Able to lead cross-functional projects, manage change, and guide internal teams to success.
Organized and analytical with strong attention to detail.

The Senior Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing multi-site production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards. This role ensures component inventory levels support production requirements while aligning with business performance metrics. The planner drives strategic planning and long-term capacity management in support of S&OP objectives. Maintenance Technician is responsible for liquid-injection machine set-up & process troubleshooting on molding machines, extruders, auxiliary, and processing equipment. Job Overview:
The Environmental, Health and Safety Multi-Site Manager is responsible for managing and leading the EHS function for the sites under their responsibility, providing strategic and tactical direction, leadership, execution of initiatives, and technical support to advance EHS performance. The position will have direct responsibility for our Lincolnshire, IL Facility, Chicago, IL Facility and St. Francis, WI Facility, supporting the Medical Device Solutions Business (Flexan), an Ingersoll Rand Business.
The EHS Manager will promote the EHS culture and values and drive continuous improvement efforts at the facility. This individual will work collaboratively across functions and provide EHS guidance and support across locations. This individual will also provide guidance, direction and coordination with additional responsibilities supporting the Director of EHS on other sites and initiatives as assigned.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and programs (e.g., lockout/tagout, machine guarding, PPE, emergency response) in alignment with company standards; ensure compliance through regular audits and inspections.
* Deliver EHS training for new hires and provide refresher courses for existing employees; lead Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives to enhance employee engagement and proactively improve workplace safety.
* Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable agencies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, monitoring systems, and managing environmental permits, reports, and recordkeeping requirements.
* Lead incident investigations and corrective actions, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence; analyze site data to identify trends and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
* Drive continuous improvement and best practices in EHS performance, including initiatives to reduce workplace injuries, enhance safety culture, and support environmental goals such as GHG emissions reduction and resource conservation.
* Manage EHS performance metrics, utilizing leading and lagging indicators to track progress against goals; oversee the safety budget, balanced scorecard, and performance to plan for assigned sites.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration with senior leadership, site leaders, and employees on EHS matters; champion Safety Committee meetings and support employee engagement in key initiatives.
* Oversee EHS Management System implementation, ensure closure of audit findings, support capital projects from an EHS perspective, and maintain facility-specific environmental management plans (e.g., waste, chemical inventory).
