The Senior Quality Director will lead a global quality organization within a dynamic semiconductor business unit. This role is responsible for driving world-class quality standards across internal manufacturing plants, external fabrication partners, suppliers, and customer-facing operations. The position will oversee quality for internal production, global labs, new product development, supplier quality, and customer quality, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide visionary leadership to a global quality organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

* Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization and continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
* Proven track record of managing global teams and complex quality operations.
* Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain quality, and customer quality requirements.
* Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with fab management/external foundry and supplier partnerships.

The Senior Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing multi-site production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards. This role ensures component inventory levels support production requirements while aligning with business performance metrics. Job Overview:
Lead operations for Flexan's Lincolnshire manufacturing facility. Job Overview:
The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced machine operator who is disciplined, creative and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment. A successful candidate is a reliable individual who is able to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances with a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
* Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM).
* Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools which will be required for the next scheduled job.
* Update and maintain all visual controls and Create and/or support countermeasures and operate in and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Job Overview:
Maintenance Technician is responsible for liquid-injection machine set-up & process troubleshooting on molding machines, extruders, auxiliary, and processing equipment. Providing hands-on technical ability. Strong trouble shooting skills required to minimize equipment downtime by identifying faults and conducting corrective actions.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Purchasing Manager to lead the tactical execution of material planning and purchasing within our dynamic industrial manufacturing facility. Job Overview:
The Environmental, Health and Safety Multi-Site Manager is responsible for managing and leading the EHS function for the sites under their responsibility, providing strategic and tactical direction, leadership, execution of initiatives, and technical support to advance EHS performance. If you are an Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow and be a part of developing award-winning controls systems software and automation products for our customers, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you with our Power and Water Solutions team, located in our headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA. Alternatively, this role is eligible to be based out of one of our regional offices in Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Tinley Park, IL.
You will be a part of the Thermal Power Engineering group which provides fully engineered control system solutions for power plants in North America. The group focuses on the replacement of existing power plants with Emerson's best in class Ovation Distributed Control System (DCS). The Thermal Power Department provides all project management, engineering design, factory acceptance test, and commissioning services to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Own the application design and engineering execution for thermal power projects
+ Ensure customer satisfaction throughout execution cycle and deliver outstanding results on all projects
+ Be part of a collaborative and innovative team passionate about solving complex problems
+ Participate in Subject Matter Experts teams
+ Develop and track project engineering plans and issue monthly project reports
+ Suggest and develop improvements for products and processes
+ Collaborate and provide technical leadership to A/E firms and customers to help identify key solutions to customer concerns
**Who You Are:**
You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You partner with others to get work done.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
+ 5+ years of related experience in an engineering environment
+ Experience with designing controls for a PLC or DCS application
+ Experience in the power industry
+ Ability to travel up to 25% in North America
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
