We got discounts
Small area
Discount on certain things that we were able to buy
Although it was a fast paced environment, I got used to it pretty quickly as the work wasn't too much of a struggle and all my coworkers were very nice to me, especially my boss.
The only cons were the times I would have to attend work on my day off because another one of my coworkers were not there.
Sometimes I got to take free pizza home.
By dressing in nice clothes and asked myself test questions to prepare for what they might have asked me
The experience, since it was my one and only job it was nice to see what it was like to actually work hard and get rewarded for it
Free leftover pizza, wings, bread
Low pay, NO breaks even for minors, management
What benefit?
I don’t know anything about the CEO so nothing
Go on google and look up common interview questions for fast food
Hire more adults
They’re all the same
A lot of Hispanic people, a couple white people and like one black person
Absolutely nothing
The people around me and making food just the way people like it. Also making money
Nothing
Free food sometimes
I enjoyed the semi-fast-paced environment. There was enough instruction from my coworkers and management for me to be able to connect ideas regarding how things inside the store operated, but not too much so to seem as if the store was being micromanaged.
I didn’t love the lack of organization. Upon clocking in, myself and my coworkers just found an empty station to occupy. Things never went wrong, I just prefer assigned positions.
The only perk I received while working with Little Caesar’s was free food while working a shift. Which, don’t misunderstand, was a nice perk. I’m just looking for something more long term, such as healthcare benefits or perhaps a higher salary.
Flexible with school schedule
Required to work halloween
Don't remember any perks, was only there for 6 months
I like working with my friends.
I don’t like the owner and me and the other managers have reported several problems to which none have been taken care of
I get good hours.
I like that the coworkers are friendly and open to help you.
I don’t like that the managers are too scared to appropriately deal with customers that are threatening. Customer service is not trained properly to deal with customers.
The free food.
That I always make my costumers happy with their orders.
They never tempt to pay on time.
We didn’t have any.
being able to work
I was doing everything and other co-workers were in the back capping
making income and meeting new people
I like that there is great opportunities for advancement and, they provide with the tools for success.
I enjoyed being able to manage my time and , choose my team.
It’s a job entry level job. Makes you learn all the ways to deal with customers and how to properly function as a team to all make one thing work
It can be overwhelming at times. You have to be able to pick up on things quick
Making and delivering food
The people and I didnt get along as well as id have liked.
Learning the many ways of cooking
Getting to learn new things everyday
When costumers would get upset about something we have no control over.
Working with fun people
Cutting dough to the perfect size as quickly as possible.
The GM did not care about the workers
Free Pizza occasionally
Hours and flexible schedule
Workplace drama and the treatment of crew members
Flexible hours and friendliness of some workers
The friendly environment and good food.
The new management.
Mostly a discounted benefit.
The customers are nice and the pay is decent
The owners do not care about their people only the money
We get 50% off pizza
The work life balance
As a manager I’m constantly over worked
Flexible Schedules
Management is always nice to you, you're all one big family, you can joke around and have fun as long as you have all your stuff done.
Free food
Very flexible schedule. Also I knew exactly what to do.
Things got repetitive.
fun, fast paced
hard, dirty, customers are mean
free pizza sometimes but I didn't tell you that
They are friendly people and they work hard.
I don’t really get paid enough
N/a
I like being in management as a teen.
I did not like payroll because it was unfair to me and others.
My favorite perk of working their was the flexible schedule.
I like the environment and how we work together as one and communicating with customers.
Not enough hours
There was no benefit just a check at the end of 2 weeks
I like when customers are satisfied.
There wasn’t enough team work.
My favorite benefit is that
The coworkers I had
The pay, and management
We didn't get any benefits or perk at little caesar
