Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 per year for Director Qualified Candidates & $52,500 to $67,549 per year for Assistant Director Candidates. ALL candidates must be MA EEC Director II Qualified.These positions qualify for an annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
