The Learning Experience Franklin is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our center provides a warm, nurturing, and play-based learning environment where preschoolers build confidence, curiosity, and foundational school-readiness skills.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Lead Preschool Teacher with daily classroom routines, activities, and supervision.
Help implement The Learning Experiences age-appropriate curriculum, focusing on early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and hands-on exploration.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children ages 34.
Assist with meals, playtime, circle time, classroom transitions, and toileting as needed.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Communicate with families in a friendly, professional manner to support strong partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC childcare licensing requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred.
Coursework or interest in Early Childhood Education (ECE) a plus.
Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about working with preschool-age children.

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lead Teacher to support and guide preschool-age children in a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich learning environment. Our program is built around hands-on exploration, social-emotional learning, and a curriculum designed to help every child grow with confidence.
This role is ideal for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high-quality care and instruction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee a preschool classroom, ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing learning space.
* Implement The Learning Experience curriculum with a focus on early literacy, social development, problem-solving, and creativity.
* Support individual learning needs and track developmental progress.
* Communicate regularly with families to share updates, milestones, and observations.
* Partner with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative classroom environment.
* Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
* ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
* At least 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1 year preferred).
* Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
* Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

The Hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
