Mr. Klein began his private equity career at Joseph, Littlejohn & Levy before acquiring and serving as an executive officer of S&S Industries, a mid-size manufacturing business. Kenneth 'Ken' Warren is a Chief Financial Officer at Littlejohn & Co and Senior VP:Finance at Quadrangle and is based in New York, New York. He has experience at CREDIT SUISSE GROUP AG, BEACON ROOFING SUPPLY INC, and Arthur Andersen LLP and has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater PLC. Kenneth attended Rutgers Law School and Providence College.
