Most recently as the global technology leader for Colliers International Group, I led the world-wide technology vision and strategy, encompassing enterprise architecture, global infrastructure, business applications and support operations.

Robert A. Domingues is the Chief Operating Officer of Littler Mendelson. He has overall responsibility for the administrative operations of the firm including financial, technology, marketing, knowledge management, information security, legal product development, human resources, attorney recruiting and development and real estate.

Robert has extensive experience in financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business negotiations. Prior to joining Littler, Robert held various national leadership positions with Graham & James as Chief Financial Officer and with Deloitte, as a partner in that firm.

Thomas Burns, a financial executive with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries, is Littler's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the firm's accounting strategy and overseeing the firm’s financial operations.
