As an Adolescent PHP/IOP Social Worker, you'll be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering youth and families to achieve emotional wellness. You'll lead therapy groups, conduct psychosocial assessments, and coordinate care that fosters growth, resilience, and long-term success. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
