In addition, this position maintains all aspects of sanitation and cleanliness pertaining to food service areas to exceed New Hampshire Board of Health Standards. These areas include, but are not limited to, the kitchen, walk-in refrigerators, dining room, kitchen storehouses, recycling shed, crew room and dumpster area. The Gift Shop Manager will effectively managing gift shop operations and ensuring consistency and compliance.
