•The Floater will be available five days per week and will serve in an on-call capacity, with the flexibility to accept shifts as needed to support the health and safety of consumers in both home and community settings.
•The Floater will work closely with the department regarding availability week to week, as needs for coverage may vary. The Floater will be provided assignments with as much notice as possible, understanding that call-off needs may be short notice.
•This position will report any concerns related to the consumers or the consumer's home environment in a timely manner and with detail to ensure that proper actions can be taken if necessary.
•The Full-Time Floater will be compensated $15.00 per hours worked. The Full-Time floater will be compensated at a minimum base rate of $9.50 for up to 20 hours per week. If the Floater is not scheduled for a full 40-hour work week, then up to 20 hours of base pay will be included to help bring the Floater to a full-time schedule. (The Floater will not receive this rate if shifts are offered and turned down during the designated time of availability.)
•This position will be compensated for mileage, at the federal rate of reimbursement while traveling on behalf of the organization. Travel time is not considered part of the 40-hour work week.

We are hiring & certifying Personal Care Aides in your area! As a PCA, you will assist our clients with self-care, meal prep, everyday household tasks, and provide companionship
We provide all the training you need, free of charge! Already certified? If you are/were a PCA (Personal Care Aide), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), and/or HHA (Home Health Aide), let's chat!

Upon hire, the base rate is $18.10 /hour (effective 12/31/2024)
Weekend Shifts- $20.00 per hour (After 30 days & must work with a Medicaid Waiver Client)
