Required Qualifications: Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing (LPN/RN) OR 75 hours training for HCA Certification Current CPR/first aid and blood borne pathogens class. Maintain HCA Certification with 12 hours of continuing education per year. 1+ years' experience with developmental disabilities Must be comfortable with aquatic pets. Must be comfortable with feline pets. Preferred Qualifications: Facilitate social interaction between the Residents. Supportive, open, and timely communication with the guardians Able to manage a schedule and stay organized. Mentor and teacher of basic household skills to foster independence.
