About the Role:
We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!
You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
What You'll Do:
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support mobility and transfers within the facility
Help with medication administration (training provided)
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
Light housekeeping and meal assistance
Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
CNA Certification preferred, but not required
Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability
All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
