    Job Description Physical Lifting or Repositioning, Medical Caregiver- $22-$25/hour Support a high-needs household of four men with disabilities to live more independently. This direct support professional (DSP) position is for applicants at least 18 years or older who can frequently lift 100-plus pounds through the day. In this role, you'll help individuals who have complex physical limitations and require help from their caregivers to complete daily tasks, including medical cares to assist with bodily functions. The people supported in this home are cognitively aware and able to verbally communicate their wants and needs. We are looking for people who are positive, caring, resilient, equipped to handle emotionally difficult situations, have initiative, and who love people. What kind of hours? Short or long shifts include weekdays, weekends, afternoons, early mornings, evenings, and sleep or awake overnights. We will work with you to figure out the best option for you.
