Physical Lifting or Repositioning, Medical Caregiver- $22-$25/hour
Support a high-needs household of four men with disabilities to live more independently.
This direct support professional (DSP) position is for applicants at least 18 years or older who can frequently lift 100-plus pounds through the day. In this role, you'll help individuals who have complex physical limitations and require help from their caregivers to complete daily tasks, including medical cares to assist with bodily functions. The people supported in this home are cognitively aware and able to verbally communicate their wants and needs.

What kind of hours?

Under the direction of the Care Team Manager/ALM/BHM, maintains schedule for care team department ensuring vacant shifts are filled to meet staffing requirements.
Must be available to be on-call at least every other weekend to take call-offs including after regular business hours. If unable to fill a shift, responsibility includes covering the shift themselves in the community.
Supports and maintains effective and positive communication and working relations with team members and managers.
