OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Responsible for clinical oversight and leadership in service delivery of ESSC's autism services Provider Network, including Behavioral and Therapy Networks. Directs and oversees all aspects of program planning, development, and implementation in coordination with network providers. Ensures quality, integrity, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement of the network. Collaborates with various stakeholders, funding sources, health care providers, and local authorities on high-impact results-driven projects, while also promoting the organization's services and increasing membership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plans, directs, and oversees all aspects of the organization's provider network function. Responsible for developing the network and negotiating and administering contracts. Oversees provider relations and monitors all provider services. EDUCATION:
Master's degree with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, psychology, speech, occupational or speech therapy, and additionally a directly related human services field.
Ph.D., Ed.D., or clinical doctorate with emphasis in psychology, behavioral analysis, speech occupational physical therapy, or public health administration, preferred.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). CCC-SLP, or licensed Occupational Therapist, Doctoral-level BCBA, SLP/OT/PT.
EXPERIENCE:
7 years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and /or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Experience in delivery and management of behavioral health/clinical services within a multi-site medical model is preferred. Previous experience with network management is required.
