Join the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH) in Northwest Arkansas as a Advance Practice Provider (APP) , playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to pediatric patients. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with attending surgeons in Pediatric General Surgery, Pediatric Trauma Surgery, Pediatric Orthopedics, and Pediatric Otolaryngology services.
As a APP, you will assist physicians with clinic visits, perform procedures, round on inpatients, and manage all aspects of patient care for surgical services. You will also serve as a surgical first assist, collaborating with attending surgeons on care planning and inpatient management. Additionally, you will receive training in spine conditions to enhance your ability to provide comprehensive care.

Overview
The Commissioning Provider I leads a commissioning team in order to confirm that building systems are designed, installed, and operate to meet the Owner's operational needs and the Engineer's design intent. Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Associate's degree in HVAC Technology, Building Systems Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR 3+ years' experience with building construction, especially mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or testing, adjusting, and balancing.
Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE or obtain within 6 months of employment.
3+ years of building commissioning experience.
Working knowledge of building control systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Description**
+ Accept and manage patients within your designated geographical area of coverage
+ Plan, prepare, and implement customized therapy programs designed to restore overall function and promote independence in the home setting
+ Develop and maintain individualized care plans/goals in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their families
+ Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient visits and therapy services
+ Effectively communicate discharge planning with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
+ Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
**Qualifications**
+ Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
+ Arkansas Physical Therapist License or eligible.
+ Liability insurance
+ Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.
+ Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
